I would like a water birth but am terrified of the pain.
I know being in the water will ease the pain a little but just incase of needing any other pain relief i would like to know any other options.
I have a high fear of needles.. is there any pain relief i can have that doesn’t involve needles or am i stuck?
I am only a month gone, but would like to do some reasearch.

I am researching like crazy, but can 't completely decided what I want pain relief for labor. Can I take the final decision during work, depending on the pain? This is my first child and I'm starting to get really nervous. I 'm going to talk about this with the doctor on my next appointment, but interested to hear what you think. I have really bad menstrual cramps when I'm on my period. Is this at all related to how much pain I 'll have for the job?
